Eco-friendly shower filter

Many customers who purchased the Naturalizer have asked me for a solution to also filter their shower water.
Why filter bath and shower water ? ? During a shower or bath, the pores of our skin dilate, allowing chlorine, chloramines, chlorinated derivatives, and other substances to more easily penetrate the epidermis. We consume more chlorine by taking a shower or bath each day than by drinking tap water. Furthermore, during a shower, we inhale 10 to 100 times more chlorine and chemicals than from drinking water. In a bath, chemicals are absorbed 600 times more through the skin than by ingestion.
For the many people who do not have the opportunity to benefit from well water, Biovie offers a filter to be placed between the hose and the bath or shower faucet. This filter removes chlorine and chlorine derivatives, heavy metals, and pesticides present in the water. It provides you with more pleasant and, above all, healthier showers.

💧 It is composed of two high-quality filtering materials that work in synergy, KDF and coconut shell activated carbon, and the filtration is carried out in 5 steps:

1. KDF is a patented material composed of copper and zinc shavings that effectively removes heavy metals from water, such as lead, mercury, chromium, and nickel, through the natural process of electrochemical oxidation/reduction.
This process causes an ion exchange with the contaminants and transforms them into harmless compounds (for example, chlorine in chlorideThe KDF removes up to 98% of water-soluble cations (positively charged ions) such as lead, mercury, copper, nickel, chromium, and other dissolved metals. When filtered by the KDF, soluble lead cations are reduced to insoluble lead atoms that are electroplated onto the surface of the media. Other heavy metals also adhere to the KDF.
It also simultaneously removes hydrogen sulfide, and the redox process generates an electrolytic field (potential difference of -300 mV) in which most microorganisms cannot survive: Bacteria, fungi, algae, and other microorganisms are eliminated.
Finally, with the reaction of the KDF, it seems that the crystalline structure of limestone (calcium carbonate) is modified, with calcite already transforming into aragonite, at least partially, and the water therefore also loses some of its hardness.

2. Activated charcoal coconut filter:

Water filtration is done in 4 steps.

* First step: initial filtration
This step removes all suspended solid substances such as rust, sand, and others from the water.

* Second step: KDF
It not only effectively removes heavy metals from water but also harmful substances for the skin. It filters microorganisms, thanks to KDF (bacteria, fungi, algae...).

* Third step: Activated charcoal
It absorbs disinfection products: chlorine, HTH, calcium hypochlorite, and other undesirable substances.

* Fourth step
It removes the activated charcoal pellets and maintains the freshness of the water.
