We know the benefits of a living diet to stay healthy, and we also understand the challenges that individuals, couples, and families (we are parents of 6 children) can face when practicing a living diet. Currently, we mainly offer webinars for 100% raw and vegan cuisine to teach you the basics of living nutrition in various contexts: as an appetizer, in ethnic cuisine around the world, for children, as batch cooking preparation for the week, with a dehydrator...

Soon, we will be offering professional training in French for chefs in collaboration with the world's first raw food culinary school, the Living Light Culinary Institute.
