My name is Aurélie Viard.

Mother of 3 children and friend of 3 stepchildren, I am a multi-media designer, it is the formula that best defines me as a good free spirit that I am!

In 2009, a quest for meaning led me to question everything: my history, my diet, my roles as mother, lover, woman, citizen. I was looking for a safe and comfortable place here and among the others.

I wanted to be pure, perfect, clean, at the service of great messages, to please others, forgetting to thrill at things, laugh and enjoy.

I lived dissociated from my body, more precisely from my belly and my heart, frustrated and always on the run.

I ended up finding this space of trust and listening in myself.

Thanks to the travels, to our 6 children, to my various professional experiences and to the passionate human relations where I sometimes burned myself and always discovered a little more, I ended up finding this space of confidence and listening in me.

Once my freedom of being was found, pacified, and by sharing my understandings, my point of view, I caused a resonance in many women, thus revealing their own truth, their unique potential.
