Organic Azuki red bean seeds for sprouting
The Azuki red bean (Vigna angularis) is popular in Asia and especially in Japan, where it is better known as an ingredient in pastries (dorayaki for example) than in savoury dishes. It is a pulse appreciated in vegetarian and vegan diets.
🌱 Once sprouted, its taste is close to that of the white bean.
Soaking: 12 hours
Germination: 4 days
It is very easy to grow in the Easygreen Light or in the Easygreen Sol.
