Mango and marine plasma vinegar: mineralizing, antioxydant, gourmet

How to diversify your salad dressings very simply? With our range of fruit vinegars!

To bring a sweet and sour touch - and above all very original - to your raw vegetables such as your vegetables and desserts, pour a few spoons of mango vinegar over your preparation. You will be amazed to taste the difference with so little of this condiment. In addition, the mangoes give a pretty orange color to this vinegar that will seduce all your senses.

It's a sensory journey through different flavors of the land and sea...

It also contains 20% "Ibiza & Formentera" seawater, exactly the same quality that we sell in Bag-in-Box of 3L, 11L and 20L, which naturally provides all the minerals and trace elements beneficial and necessary to the organism. This condiment will become your antioxidant and mineralizing ally in the kitchen. To learn more, go to the "Benefits" tab.

🍏 A soft and natural production

The vinegar is obtained in the traditional way after double fermentation of organic apple juice. It is the acetic bacteria that naturally transform the alcohol in cider into acetic acid (vinegar).

The mango pulp is added to the apple cider vinegar. It is left to macerate for a while to flavor the whole vinegar and then filtered. Then the Ibiza & Formentera Agua de mar seawater is added as well as a little organic agave syrup to give it a sweet touch with practically no calories, offering a unique and original flavor.

It is bottled in a tinted bottle to avoid premature oxidation.

🍏 How to use it?

Condiments make it possible to magnify a dish in the greatest simplicity. This is the case for these fruit vinegars whose taste and smell are very pronounced. Use it as the final touch to your dish, in a marinade, on a fruit salad or even as a dessert for the more adventurous.

In combination with a salad of spinach shoots with curry or a capsicum, you will be seduced.

Find this condiment in blueberry or raspberry version.

Apple cider vinegar has several health-promoting properties, including antimicrobial and antioxidant effects. Additionally, there is evidence that it may provide benefits to the body, such as aiding weight loss, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels, and decreasing symptoms of diabetes.

The presence of seawater naturally brings all the minerals and trace elements beneficial to the body and it has an alkaline pH which helps maintain pH neutrality in our body (homeostasis).

The benefits of cider vinegar are correlated with those of seawater:

> Rich in nutritional elements

In general, unpasteurized and unfiltered cider is known to be one of the best vinegars for your health (review here). It contains a "mother" which is made up of strands of proteins, enzymes and good bacteria that give the product a murky, cloudy appearance. This mother contains, among other things, amino acids and antioxidants that are found in the apple cider vinegar itself.

Seawater contains all the elements of Mendeleev's periodic table in bioavailable form for the body, you can find all of its qualities on our product sheet or in this study.

> Antibacterial

Traditionally, apple cider vinegar is used as a natural preservative and disinfectant. Scientifically it is shown that it inhibits the proliferation of pathogenic bacteria such as E.Coli and that it limits the deterioration of food (find out more with this study and this one). It is also used for minor winter ailments, for its antiseptic power which reduces cold symptoms or throat irritation (try gargling it, diluted in hot water!).

For the seawater, it's the same thing: it has been shown that pathogenic bacteria do not survive in its presence.

> Decrease of blood sugar level

Research suggests that vinegar can improve insulin sensitivity by 19-34% after a high-carb meal and can significantly reduce blood sugar spikes. By consuming a spoon or two of vinegar before meals, it will help modulate the insulin response and therefore blood sugar levels after meals.

As for seawater, it is shown to have potential as an anti-diabetic agent, given its ability to suppress hyperglycemia and increase glucose absorption.

The combination of these 2 ingredients is not a cure but can greatly help you manage your diabetes!

> Loss of weight

Consuming a spoon of apple cider vinegar reduces the feeling of hunger, and therefore can help reduce calorie intake. As mentioned above, its glycemic regulating effect coupled with the improvement of digestion it provides can prevent weight gain.

Regarding marine plasma, studies focus on its beneficial effects against obesity and diabetes. It seems to participate in the creation and functioning of the mitochondria of our cells. Mitochondrial dysfunction has been shown to be a basic mechanism that leads to obesity and diabetes. Drinking seawater could therefore act on the anti-obesity regulatory system.

This Aromatics vinegar also contains agave syrup, which may have an effect on the mentionned mechanisms.

IBIZA & FORMENTERA AGUA DE MAR

This family business was created with the desire to highlight a traditional product, the knowledge of people working at sea and respect for good cuisine. In Spain, the daily use of seawater is much more established than in France, whether for hygiene or for cooking.

Ibiza & Formentera Agua de Mar promotes the sustainability of natural resources, energy saving, reduction of drinking water consumption and respect for the environment from extraction to table. They are also very committed to the quality of the products and push the analyzes very far to ensure exceptional seawater.

Indeed the prestige and recognition of their products are due to the quality of the raw material: excellent waters hyper-oxygenated by Posidonia seagrass beds and by the sea currents which bring the purity and clarity that have made the waters of Ibiza and Formentera.

They collect water from the open sea, in privileged places because of their great stability in the composition of the minerals. It forms large concentrations of plankton, the second food chain on Earth with plants, capable of transforming, through a process called marine biocenosis, non-bioavailable mineral elements into bioavailable elements, that is to say totally assimilable elements for our body.

This capture and extraction protocol, together with the ultrafiltration systems and the non-use of materials that could modify the chemical composition of the water, make this seawater water of the highest quality.

They had the idea of partnering with Agrisanz, an organic producer (in Alicante in Spain) of olive oil and vinegars to launch the "Aromatics" range: apple cider vinegars with seawater. These original vinegars are flavored with fruit to awaken flavors in the kitchen and to encourage you to improve your everyday dishes, both in terms of taste and nutrition.
