Incorporating more raw and plant-based foods into your diet is something you can learn! At Biovie, this is our specialty. Eric has been researching this field for 20 years, and Aurélie for 10 years. We know the benefits of a living diet to stay healthy, and we also understand the challenges that individuals, couples, and families (we are parents of 6 children) can face when practicing a living diet. The motivation is always there at the beginning, but you will appreciate the effects in the long run, which is why we openly share all our expertise with you.

Currently, we mainly offer webinars for 100% raw and vegan cuisine to teach you the basics of living nutrition in various contexts: as an appetizer, in ethnic cuisine around the world, for children, as batch cooking preparation for the week, with a dehydrator...

Soon, we will be offering professional training in French for chefs in collaboration with the world's first raw food culinary school, the Living Light Culinary Institute.
