The young shoots - discovery seeds pack

Young shoots discovery pack:

- green peas (90 g)
- wheat grass (80 g)
- barley grass (80 g)
- sunflower seeds (80g)

Soak for 12 to 24 hours depending on the seeds and germinate for 8 to 10 days to obtain young shoots of a few centimeters. Eat the shoots without their seed coat.
