Raw and organic superfood muesli, gluten-free and without added sugar. Natural (without spices). Available in 1kg or 500g bags.
An exceptional product! A mix of the best superfoods combined in a very indulgent and customizable recipe, it had to be done!
Hemp, activated buckwheat, chia seeds, rosehip, and dates, all without spices (present in our other mueslis) to allow you to season it to your taste. Each ingredient has been selected by Croc'enVie for the excellence of its nutritional virtues, and their combination generates a beneficial food synergy. It's true that we don't always know how to pair these ingredients when they're on their own; this muesli is a perfect answer that combines the right amount of nutrients with a texture that's both crunchy and melting, with a light taste. It's ideal for children.
This preparation is crafted by hand in Brittany, respecting the principles of living food, using only organic products. Low-temperature dehydration (<42°C) preserves the active ingredients of all these ingredients. This muesli is a condensed source of energy rich in nutrients, vitamins, and minerals, maintaining a good glycemic balance thanks to the tigernut and the date which slowly release glucose into the body. No added sugar, the muesli is also gluten-free.
Rich in C vitamin, omega 3, fiber, iron, and magnesium.
🟤 How do you use it?
It's an ideal addition to breakfast, a snack, or dessert. It can also be used in salads for an original sweet-savory note.
It's recommended to mix it with chopped fruits, a smoothie, yogurt, fruit juice, plant milk, or even a green salad. Ground chia seed, thanks to its jelly, will give a creamy texture to the preparation (after a few minutes of resting). You can add honey or any other natural sweetener if the taste is not sweet enough for your palate.
The proportion is about one volume of Raw Muesli - approximately 3 tablespoons (about 40 grams) - for 2 volumes of fruits.
🟤 A closer look at the ingredients
Activated buckwheat: the buckwheat seeds have been sprouted before being dehydrated at low temperature (=activated). This way, they can be consumed raw. Sprouting also activates their nutritional potential for plant formation, providing a wealth of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes, etc., much more than when it was "asleep".
Hemp: hulled hemp seeds are among the most nutritionally complete foods. They contain essential fatty acids, a very high protein content, and all 8 essential amino acids. Plus, their slight nutty taste is much appreciated!
Tigernut: this is the same as we sell in our shop. Find all the info on this little tuber directly on its product page.
Rosehip: this is the pseudo-fruit of the wild rose or dog rose. With its natural richness in vitamins A, C, E, and minerals, it is an excellent vitality booster.
Mazafati dates: a very soft, sweet, and sugary variety. It provides the naturally sweet touch to this muesli.
The raw natural muesli is rich in C vitamin, fiber, omega 3, iron, and magnesium. But that's not all!
Tigernut is a better source of omega 9 than olive oil! It is also full of C and E vitamins, and antioxidants (rutin) which fight against free radicals.
Alkalizing, remineralizing, and energizing, tigernut is richer in potassium than bananas, making it an effective regulator of blood pressure and a muscle protector. It also stimulates calcium absorption.
It contains many amino acids, especially arginine, which protects blood flow and combats cramps and headaches.
Rich in insoluble fiber (about 33%), it feeds the good bacteria in the body and reduces the risk of colon cancer. Its fibers, low glycemic index, and B8 vitamin (biotin) content are a great help in cases of diabetes or hypertension. They ensure a proper metabolism of carbohydrates and can reduce blood sugar levels after meals.
Dates are rich in fiber, so they regulate intestinal transit and relieve constipation. The potassium they contain ensures communication between neurons and other cells in the body, acting as a protector of the nervous system. Dates provide many vitamins (C, B1, B2) but especially iron! This is ideal for preventing anemias and managing your red blood cell production. Finally, they will satisfy your stomach and quickly reduce the sensation of hunger.
Buckwheat contains very high-quality proteins, indeed richer in arginine, aspartic acid, and lysine, with levels nearly three times higher than those of other cereals (study here). Proteins account for 10% to 12% of its dry weight, placing it just above wheat.
Antioxidant: it contains a large number of phenolic compounds, including caffeic acid, ferulic acid, hydrobenzoic acid, and coumaric acid. These play a role in the prevention of cancers and certain cardiovascular diseases. It also contains six flavonoids, with rutin being predominant in the buckwheat seed, known for its anti-inflammatory effects and may relieve symptoms of venous insufficiency (including varicose veins and heavy legs).
Buckwheat is a source of various nutrients: copper, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, zinc, vitamins B1, B3, B9... It actively contributes to the proper functioning of our body's mechanisms!
Hemp is rich in proteins: it contains 2x more proteins in a serving than an egg! The two main proteins in hemp seed are edestin and albumin. These high-quality storage proteins are easily digested and contain significant amounts of all essential amino acids (which is not the case with most plant proteins).
Rich in B1, B6, B9 vitamins & a source of E vitamin. Rich in iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, copper, manganese, potassium.
A true nutritional gem! This antioxidant cocktail, among other things, fights against stress, fatigue, and hypertension. Its high potassium content makes it an alkalizing food.
Hemp is a source of omega 3 and 6. These fatty acids are not produced by the body and must therefore be assimilated through diet. They are essential for the proper functioning of our brain, retina, and entire nervous system.
Chia seeds have a wide spectrum of vitamins and minerals (for 100g of chia: 500 mg calcium, 535 mg phosphorus, 290 mg magnesium, 6.5 mg iron, 3.5 mg zinc & copper) and contain little sodium (less than 0.2 mg).
Chia seeds contain between 22 and 30% proteins, including all essential amino acids.
The tryptophan they contain helps increase levels of melatonin and serotonin, which promote good mood and restful sleep.
Rich in omega 3 (16 to 20%), chia seeds ensure good nervous and lymphatic circulation, and the fluidity of arteries. They also contain 5 to 8% omega 6 of the gamma-linolenic type.
Rosehip, also known as the infamous "itching powder" due to its skin and mucous membrane irritating hairs, of course, contains none of these in your muesli. The "fruit" itself has 20 times more C vitamin than an orange! It's a choice ally during winter to combat colds, flu, and other cold viruses. It contains E vitamins, PP, and pro-vitamin A as well as minerals such as zinc, iron, and magnesium.
It is also traditionally used against diarrhea and asthenia (generalized fatigue).
White mulberries are interesting for their antioxidant effect. The presence of alkaloids, flavonoids, iron, and C vitamin is associated with protective effects against free radicals and against neurological degeneration (study).
Animal studies have shown a very good potential for cholesterol reduction, anti-obesity effects, and liver protection. More human studies are, however, awaited.
Based in Brittany, in Ploemeur, Armand puts all his energy into producing super healthy and super good raw food. He tries to source his ingredients in Brittany (like seaweed, hemp or spirulina) and works with local partners for products that come from afar. It is therefore natural that an exclusive collaboration was made with Biovie. Armand explains his journey:
“I became interested in living foods early in my life, in my twenties, after reading the book: Essenne Way: Biogenic Living by Edmond Szekely.
At that time I practiced yoga intensely and I aspired to understand the principles of a harmonious diet. I was passionate about seed activation and germination.
After several Ayurvedic stays in South India, I became particularly interested in the regenerative potential of the organism. Following health problems of members of my family, I looked for solutions to help them reform their diet. From this experience came the motivation to create raw food compositions to facilitate the transition to a living diet; keystone for a return to health.
There are many ways to benefit from good nutritional intake, I wanted to bring together the main recommendations and simplify their use thanks to preparations concentrated in nutrients and active ingredients. I create blends that allow you to simply create instant preparations to combine with raw fruits and vegetables, facilitating the transition to a living diet.
My 7 years of experience as a restaurateur enabled me to acquire the skills to create a food production laboratory. I develop my recipes with high standards, the search for taste and texture are obviously at the very heart of my approach.
I regularly lead workshops in my laboratory on vegetable milks, sprouted seeds, lacto-fermentation. »
