No! And that is precisely the purpose of Marie-Sophie's approach. A child can make these recipes on their own after coming home from school. This course will allow you to discover a new world of flavors and enjoyment... even and especially if you are a beginner. And even professionals are beginners when they are not familiar with gastrawnomy® ;)
> Is there any required equipment ?
- A powerful blender is essential. With the enthusiasm for raw food, there are new blenders that are very powerful, reliable, and easy to handle.
