for sauce, mix:
1 fresh coconut flesh
5cl water
1 garlic clove
1/2 cc of curry (or more according to your taste!)
pepper, salt
(optional) a bit of ginger and grated curcuma

the base:
2 zucchini cut into quarters of pucks (or any other vegetable of your choice!)
1 eminated shallot
some leaves of basil or ciseled coriander
1 handful of almonds or cashew nuts dipped before then crushed
1 handful of seeds germinated with mungo beans
