On a slice of bread or in pesto, a simple and delicious recipe to enjoy the multiple properties of algae!
Mix:
- 50g of desalted dulse
- 1 handful of hazelnuts soaked 1 night
- 1 shallot
- 4 pickles
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp of tamari soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 3 tbsps of olive oil
- pepper
... That's all there is to it!
