Mix:
- 200 g tomato flesh
- 2 dried apricots
Add:
- 10 g of ground psyllium
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tbsps of olive oil
- Espelette chili pepper
Mix again and pour into a salad bowl.
Finely cut:
- 100 g of red pepper
- 100 g of fresh apricots
- 20 g of spring onions
- 20 g of basil
Add to the salad bowl and mix well.
