What are the benefits of barley grass juice?
Known and recognized for its multiple benefits in the world of natural health, barley grass juice activates a set of parameters to restore the body's vital balance.
Thanks to its ease of absorption and its high concentration of chlorophyll, nutrients, enzymes, barley grass juice:
- acts as a purifier: it cleanses the blood of its impurities;
- increases the oxygen supply essential for the proper functioning of all our organs;
- supports the liver and kidneys, especially in their filtering function;
- neutralizes poisons by rendering them inactive;
- facilitates the stages of digestion (digestion-absorption-utilization-elimination);
- nourishes our body deeply thanks to its richness in nutrients.
It also has a strong positive impact on overweight by acting directly on its cause. Its properties allow targeting the "roots" of excess weight, which always come from an internal toxic overload (obstruction) + a demineralization due to our unsuitable lifestyle.
How do I use barley grass?
Inspired by the research of great naturopaths like Bernard Jensen, Ann Wigmore, Louis Khune... and thanks to the teachings of my professors Christian Limoges, Tania Tsingakis, and Annie Juneau, I created a green beverage that keeps our digestive tract clean and thus prevents toxic substances from entering the bloodstream, causing fat production to store these unwanted substances.
By combining barley grass juice with other foods to create my famous "potion," this allows the body to:
- release what it has stored (toxins, gas, fat, mucus,...)
- provide good building blocks (iron, calcium, magnesium, oxygen, vitamins...) necessary to (re)build a strong and healthy body
Obviously, the potion must be accompanied by healthy food.
Why combine barley grass with other superfoods?
The components of the potion come together to work in synergy, each having its role to play:
- lemon and flaxseed oil provide our cells with the energy needed to purify themselves (release of toxins);
- cayenne pepper stimulates blood circulation and helps collect as much waste as possible;
- barley grass juice cleanses the blood, neutralizes poisons, and stimulates the liver to release them into the intestines;
- aloe vera is an anti-inflammatory: it extinguishes the fire of acidity due to poor digestion;
- psyllium acts like a broom in the digestive system. It removes the layer of waste trapped on the intestinal wall;
- cascara sagrada promotes intestinal movement to evacuate everything the potion has collected.
If you want to try this famous potion (which is not magical but meets our body's needs), contact me by email and I will share the dosages with you.
