Beetroot - carrot verrines

Mix with the blender:

  • 3 small carrots
  • 1cm of ginger
  • 1 pinch of garlic
  • 1 drizzle of lemon juice 
  • cumin, pepper
  • 10 cl of tigernuts milk (or plant-based milk)

Then mix:

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 handful of nuts
  • 1 little coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • pepper, 3 coriander seeds
  • 15 cl of marine plasma

Place the beetroot, then the carrot and decorate as you wish
