CELERY ROOT & SEA BEAN SALAD
• 1 celeriac
• 30g of sea beans
• 1 carrot
• 1 red onion
Grate the celery root, carrot and onion.
Mix with the desalted seaweed.
For the sauce, mix:
• 1 avocado
• 1 clove of garlic
• 5 cl of vegetable cream
• Lemon juice drizzle
