Chocolate for Easter? Raw cocoa is a powerful source of protein, iron, magnesium and antioxidants!
The recipe:
Put in the juice extractor (or in the robot or blender):
- 160g dried figs
- 80g of almonds
- 1 tbsp of crushed raw cocoa beans (optional)
Mix in a bowl with:
- 2 tbsps of raw cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
Press well in a bowl and let it chill for 30 minutes.
Cut into small cubes or bars.
