1 - Eau flavoured lemon and orange
Pour water into a carafe (about 2L) then add 1 lemon and 2 oranges in slices. Add a few bits of thyme. Let infuse before tasting.
2 - Eau flavoured apple, litchi and raspberry
Prepare a flavored water by adding a nice handful of raspberries, a few litchis and 2 cut apples. Optional: add some mint leaves. Let infuse before tasting.
3 - Eau flavoured Gingembre fenouil
Set with this super flavored water to taste hot.
Boil water for about 5 minutes. Out of fire, add some basil leaves, two slices of fresh ginger, 1/2 c. fennel coffee and a pinch of cumin.
It will be important to use untreated fruit in these recipes.
