Discover the best natural tools for managing stress and sleep

- Categories : Wellbeing advices Rss feed

Addressing a range of natural stress and sleep management techniques, this unique training is ideal for anyone looking to develop their personal and/or professional skills by discovering concrete and easily usable internal tools, with proven effectiveness and now widely recognized.

During this very rich and comprehensive training, participants will discover the basics of meditation, mindfulness, visualization, breath control, cardiac coherence, non-violent communication, Schultz's autogenic training, Jacobson's progressive relaxation, self-hypnosis, and sophrology as tools to add to their toolkit for better managing stress and sleep or helping others manage them.

The sophrologist Elisabeth Danis will invite participants to explore the evolution of the brain and its response to stress; the hormone of wakefulness and stress and the ways in which it can be balanced through techniques of breathing, relaxation, visualization, and emotion management, also allowing for better control of mental ruminations that are often the cause of insomnia.

Graduated in sophrology, Elisabeth Danis is trained in conscious communication. Elisabeth Danis is happy to share her experience and tools that help harmonize the body, mind, and emotions, and regain access to one's resources to promote life, relaxation, and sleep.

Presented in a live virtual class, in a semi-private, dynamic, and interactive mode, this workshop-clinic is part of the first international training in natural sleep management (somnopedagogy/somnotherapy). Already recognized by 10 health associations, it can count as continuing education hours and is also very relevant for a professional wanting to expand their expertise to better serve their clients, as well as for members of the public experiencing issues related to sleep management or wishing to orient or reorient themselves professionally towards an innovative specialty and a rapidly growing field.
