It's still the squash season until March, let's take advantage of it!
Mix with the blender:
- 60g raw butternut squash
- 3 tablespoons of fresh coconut flesh
- 40g of pre-soaked cashew nuts (or almonds or hazelnuts: you can also use the leftovers from the preparation of your home plant-based drink)
- 6 Medjool dates
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 pinches of chai spices (ginger, cinnamon, clove, turmeric, cardamom..)
Place in small baking pans. Compress well with the spoon and keep cool.
