Perfectly preserved in a resealable package that protects it from light, the kombu is dehydrated at a low temperature (40°C) to retain all its benefits.

Kombu is easily consumed in your salads and other preparations.
You can also consume it as a broth:
Simply bring water with pieces of fresh or rehydrated kombu, herbs, and vegetables to a boil. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes with the heat off, then remove the kombu strips.

Use kombu in your tomato sauce preparations to neutralize the acidity !
