The recipe :
For the dough, mix
- 100g of almond flour
- 100g of dates
- sea salt
Mix and divide in 4.
Garnish with small tart molds, pressing down on the material. Refrigerate.
For the carawmel, mix :
- 15cl of plant-based milk
- 50g of dates
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinches of cinnamon, ginger and salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil
Cut 2 beautiful ripe pears in thin slices. Mix with carawmel and pour into the pie shells. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours before consumption.
