140g of oilseed, soaked and rinsed (almonds, pecan nuts...)
6 Medjool dates
1 pinch of sea salt

Add and mix a little:
30g of raw cocoa
3 CS fresh pollen
Roll into small balls in the hollow of the hand.
Melt very gently in the bath with raw cocoa paste with some cocoa oil. Try not to exceed 40° (if needed, help with a thermometer). Tremp the balls in melted cocoa and decorate pollen grains. Keep costs
