Recipe for 4 people
Soak 1 cup of green lentils for one night and let them germinate for 2 days.
Finely cut:
- 1 onion
- 4 carrots
- 1 capsicum or 1 yellow zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 4 dried tomatoes rehydrated by soaking
Add:
- 4 tbsps of olive oil
- 2 tbsps of tamari sauce
For the sauce, mix with the blender:
- 4 ripe tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 Medjool date
- 1⁄2 tsp of chili
- 1 tsp of psyllium
- Salt and pepper
Add the lentils to the vegetable mix, pour the sauce over and mix well!
