Cucumber salad - Thai-style sunflower
for sauce, mix:
• 1 c of tamari coffee
• 1⁄2 lemon peeled green
• 1 datte
• 1⁄2 c of coffee grated ginger
• 1 c with olive oil or sesame coffee
• 1/2 c chia seeds coffee
• 1 pinch of pepper
place in a large bowl.
for noodles, assemble:
• 2 large sunflower handles
• 4 radishes cut in thin rounds
• 2 small handfuls of chopped mint
• 1 new cut onion
add the whole to the sauce bowl and mix well for about 1 minute. Let stand for 5 minutes.
cut and add:
• 2 cucumbers to the spiralizer (or to the economist)
Place a bed of spinach, rocket or young shoots, then place the noodles in sauce. sprinkle with black sesame in decoration, and add a piece of green lemon. Enjoy!
