The recipe:
- 1 branch of kale
Remove the stems and cut the leaf into pieces. Place in a salad bowl and add:
- 3cl of marine plasma
Gently knead to soften the leaves.
Blend in a blender:
- 30 g of dried cranberries
- 12 cl of linseed oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- a bit of water according to the desired consistency
On a plate, place the kale and add:
- 1 pear cut into cubes
Add the sauce.
