Here is a recipe idea to fill up on chlorophyll, fiber, bioflavonoids, vitamin C, E... and omega 3!
BARLEY, CITRUS & CILANTRO SMOOTHIE
Blend:
- 1/2 peeled grapefruit
- 1/2 peeled lemon
- 1 peeled lime
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 handful of spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 apple or 1 pear
- 1 tablespoon of dehydrated barley grass or barley grass juice powder
