- 250g of fresh strawberries
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
- 1 datte
- 250 ml of hemp milk (or tigernuts)
- 45g of chia seeds
Prepare the hemp milk and mix it with the vanilla powder and date.
Mix the whole chia seeds with the vanilla fragrant plant-based milk for 5 minutes to avoid the seeds sticking between them.
Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Add strawberries (and other fruits if desired) at the last minute.
