RECETTE:
Mix:
• 1 cc of dehydrated algae (here the gourmet mix - sea lettuce, dulse & nori - available on our shop)
• 70g of cashew nut previously dipped for 4-6 hours
• 1 cc of chia seeds dipped 10 minutes in a water bottom
• 1 cc of raw beet in dice
• 1 dried tomato
• 5 cl of water
• Lemon juice fillet
• Poivre
