Long life to spring and the wild plants with remineralizing and detoxifying properties!
The recipe:
Mix:
- 1 handful of young ortie shoots
- 1 handful of dandelion leaves
- 1 handful of plantain leaves
- 2 apples
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds (soaked for 4 hours and rinsed)
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- salt and pepper
For those who do not yet distinguish the plants very well, it is better to be initiated by connoisseurs to avoid confusion with toxic plants.
Preferably pick in height, in areas preserved away from roads, factories or cultivated fields. Plants must not present any marks or discoloration.
Clean the plants with a jet and then make a 5-minute soaking with vinegar water (1 teaspoon for 1 litre of water). The other option, recommended by Christophe de Hody (founder of the website Le chemin de la nature) is to use a mixture of alcohol at 90° and essential oil of oregano or clove (10 drops per 100ml alcohol). Rinse well.
