Coconut - Raw Cocoa Yogurt
An easy, naturally sweetened recipe to pamper your digestion, mood, and immunity.
Blend:
- Flesh of 2 fresh coconuts
- 40 cl of coconut water
- 4 Medjool dates
- 2 tsp of raw cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
- 3 - 4 probiotic capsules - about 300 mg (Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus are 2 suitable strains)
Pour into clean glasses and leave at room temperature overnight, covered with a clean cloth, allowing it to breathe slightly.
Enjoy or keep refrigerated for up to 3 days!
