Coconut - Raw Cocoa Yogurt

An easy, naturally sweetened recipe to pamper your digestion, mood, and immunity.

Blend:

  • Flesh of 2 fresh coconuts
  • 40 cl of coconut water
  • 4 Medjool dates
  • 2 tsp of raw cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
  • 3 - 4 probiotic capsules - about 300 mg (Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus are 2 suitable strains)

Pour into clean glasses and leave at room temperature overnight, covered with a clean cloth, allowing it to breathe slightly.

Enjoy or keep refrigerated for up to 3 days!

Decorate with cocoa nibs or powder, hemp seeds, tiger nuts, shredded coconut, or seasonal fruits...
