✨ Among the self-taught pioneers in the practice of raw and plant-based food in France, Carole trained in 2010 in raw food with the Englishwoman Kate Magic. Originally from Alsace, she worked for about ten years (between 2005 and 2020) as a legal assistant in law firms, then as a sales advisor in organic stores.

🍀 In November 2023, she had the opportunity to do a Workaway stay for several months with Eric and Aurélie. Following this meeting, this time of exchange and cohabitation, she joined the team. Thanks to Biovie, she finally found a professional activity in line with her desire to promote healthy and conscious eating, and in accordance with her wish to share her passion for raw cuisine and superfoods. Besides the chance to land a job that allows her to work remotely, she was also able to fulfill her dream of having a home near the ocean, on the Basque Coast.

🧚🏽‍♀️ Carole now contributes her help and various skills in promoting and developing the online store, creating product sheets, sending the newsletter, managing affiliations, and in the different raw cuisine training partnerships.
