Make a delicious Mexican quinoa! In a salad bowl, mix:
- 3 cup of sprouted quinoa (=1 cup of dry quinoa)
- 1 cup fresh corn
- 1/2 cup of chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup of sludge
- 1/2 cup of detailed red pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
Add seasoning of your choice and enjoy!
